There's nothing wrong with the drawings, they're fine, what I would advice is add more orginality to him, right now he looks like Shadow with a cape and a gem on his forehead.

Try drawing your character using a series of shapes to begin with. Circles and sausages. as stupid as it sounds, you'll be able to get a lot more dynamic poses with them, rather than just flat out drawing him and getting constant side view pictures.
Also, as already mentioned, try and mix up your character's look a little. Change the placement of the spines, markings, add clothes if you wish. right now, he's looking a little bland.
But do keep trying. The talent's there. Good work kiddo.

The hard things for me are:
1-Spines
2-Hands
3-Shoes/legs
I cant draw them well T_T

I say your able to draw his head and do expression perfectly. Which to be honest is quite hard.
Just work on things like hands and feet. Try looking at offical sonic 2D art to get an idea of what way to draw things on.

I remember being in your shoes kid. I was never very good with poses or anatomy, especially just starting out.
The art needs a lot of work, but you can always improve. The important thing is that you're trying, which is much more than I can say for alot of people I've seen.
Try looking at other people's art, or look up tutorials for anatomy and poses. Something I do when I draw is I draw a stick figure in the pose I have in mind, then once I have that down, I draw the character around it. I never used to prefer this method, but once I did I stuck with it. And trust me, it helps a lot.
