So far I've heard that the sonic level is going to be Green Hill Zone from the original Sonic the Hedgehog game, but what level would you want it to be?

It's Green Hill Zone.

The music will be the Angel Island remix that we heard a while ago, Sonic Boom (from Sonic CD), Live and Learn, and the version of the Green Hill Zone music you hear in Sonic Adventure 2.

And here's a video of it in action:

On a side note; Shadow has been confirmed as an assist trophy.

Also, there's no need to change your font colour in mid-sentence. I had to highlight all of that just to read it. I'm partially colourblind, so it's kind of hard for me to read blue and black text on a dark blue background.

I guess it isn't so bad that Tails and Knuckles didn't make the cut as playable characters, perhaps Nintendo doesn't enjoy orgies as much as Sega does. They even did a better job of remembering their history, Classic Tails and Knuckles in the background + Sonic Boom = Insta-Win.

I haven't been this satisfied with a Sonic-related game since Sonic Adventure came out.

That sounds pretty cool. Yay for old school?

With the entrance of a third-party character, I should have expected to be related features along with them too. There is always a good call for old school.

It looks extremely pretty this new game. I have to admit the levels look great. Although I always thought the Wii didn't have extremely wonderful graphics to me it looks very much the same to the GameCube version of Smash Brothers.

It is nice with the new characters and stuff but I wouldn't say the graphics look all that different. Poor Wii.

Some more songs have been confirmed for Sonic's stage:

Emerald Hill Zone
Scrap Brain Zone
Open Your Heart

I dont know if they will be remixes or not, but it's good to see Scrap Brain Zone get in there.

I think there's a video where you first get to see Pikachu, Link, Mario and Kirby fight, but after a couple of seconds they stop fighting and they suddenly change from the Melee graphics to Brawl graphics...

If you find that video you WILL see the change in the graphics.

It makes me wonder. What it is it like to play the game on the Wii?

That video is on the Smash Bros. Dojo (http://www.smashbros.com/en_us/info/index.html) site. That video also introduces some of the newcomers.

There are four different ways to play it on the Wii. The first one, using the Wii Remote of course where is lies horizontally in your hands. Second, the Wii Remote with the Nun chuck attached. Third, you can use the Wii Classic Controller, and lastly, the Nintendo GameCube controller is compatible with the game. I don't know about you, but I feel more familiar using the GameCube controller, but it won't hurt trying out the Wii's innovative technology.

I greatly disliked playing with the Wii Remote/Wii Remote Nunchuck. I prefer old school remotes to this new fangled nonsense. I'm not a big one for innovations.

Sadly the game cube is a dead console Omega

I quite enjoy the Wii Remote, it's a fun design and they seem to add the possability to play with the Wii Classic- or a Game Cube Controller to most of the games they do.

It takes getting use to to use the Wii Remote, but I gotta say that party games have never been as fun as they get with the Wii Remote. <D
