Another Sonic Movie?

I know the last sonic movie was done in the 90's, but is it possible that another Sonic movie will appear?

Unless Sonic makes a huge turnaround, I doubt it. Another TV show is certainly possible though.

As TIS said I think unless Sonic suddenly becomes as popular as other game series there will be little chance of it making another film.

I think it would be kind of cool to make a sonic movie only in CGI like FF7AC or real life with the sonic characters animated in. Either way I would see it.

It would be a very bad idea, because it would be all about Shadow and it would be all emo and serious.

Boom boom boom, Shadow acts all emo, Sonic stops him, Shadow returns to normal and writes poems about how his electricity ran out.

There would be attempted humour which would fail massively, just like Sonic Underground did. Even if the series was popular again, another movie would be a bad idea unless it didnt include any of the new (AKA; Shitty) characters, which in other words means "Post-Sonic 3 & Knuckles" characters.

Sonic X, as much as I hate to admit it, was the most successful Sonic-based TV show, so it's likely that they'll consider a new one at some point in the future.

The most likely way a movie would occur is if they end up making a show even more successful than that one, and base a movie off of it.
