I'm half-tempted to steal Day's choice, but in the spirit of thinking for oneself: Mine would probably be "Aside" by The Weakerthans. The song itself seems to reflect me quite well, and the fact that it's by a local band only magnifies the perfection. Lines like "my ribs that show through t-shirts and these shoes i got for free/i'm unconsoled, i'm lonely, i am so much better than i used to be" just have the awkward cleverness that I'm so convinced i possess.

How the hell should I know? My personality changes all the time.

Sometimes I'm generally an arsehole, sometimes I'm a pretty nice guy, sometimes I'm an ego maniac, sometimes I'm an active and/or fun person. It's kind of hard to pick out a certain song for each of those personalities, let alone all of them as a whole. Adding on to that, I'm a football, Formula One, and snooker fanatic, which could effect my personality at times, particularly when I'm watching football.
