This is somewhat laughable seeing as we currently have about 80 active members. I count about 22 nominations. So that would mean that around a quarter of the population will be recieving these awards? Hm.

I'm sorry. I want SE to be like SZF was just as much as the next person, but there's no forumla to make that happen. This seems like forcing it to me. There aren't enough members, so there are only two real outcomes: either no one will nominate/vote, or the votes/nominations will be based solely on popularity or how active the member is. Either way, it won't work.
