Generally pretty quiet. She spends much of her time either laying around or just walking around in the woods. She's usually quite friendly, though she rarely trusts people enough to befriend them, males especially. Though she's friendly, she usually likes being by herself to think compared to conversing with people, though she won't usually push someone away who wants to talk. She's always happy to help people if they need it, as it gives her something to do on an otherwise boring day.

White fur, red eyes and looong orange hair tied into a pony tail. Pointy ears, no tail. (It was cut off as a child). Two normal peircings and two loop earings in left ear, two normal and one loop in the other.

Red shirt with wide black collar and black band at the bottom, fishnet shirt, red and black skirt with slit going up the side and symbol meaning 'fire', black bracelets, red leg warmers and black shoes. All are fire-proof

First off, a history lesson.
Artemis was a very benevolent person; she loved children, was kind to everyone, and helped people out as much as she possibly could. FOr her, her day wasnt complete without doing a good deed. She was liked very much for the most part, but as with every society, there were ill-spirited people who thought very badly of her, even accussing her of being a witch.
One may want to note she had the ability to create fire from nothing but her own two hands. She rarely used the ability, and when she did it was certainly never to hurt others. Still, she was killed for this.
Now fast forward a bit. Luci was born into a male-dominated society. So dominated, in fact, in many cases the woman had no control over the name of her child. Obviously, her mother didnt have this decision either. Both parents had dark hair and eyes, an upon seeing their newborn daughter with orange hair and red eyes, her father became quite enraged. He named her "luciffer" believing her to be the daughter of satan. Her mother, disgusted, never referred to her by this name.
Children in the society were taught at a very young age to always obey their parents, and of course, their fathers especially. They were warned there would be "dire consequences" for failure to do so, and this was warning enough; there was never an incident where a child had stepped out of line.
Luci was the first. She was always very inquisitive, always asking questions when she didnt understand something. Most modern day parents would see this as a positive thing, but in this society, such behavior just wouldnt do. She began to question her mother as to why the males controlled everything.
She never got a straight answer. "Its just the way it is", was all she'd get, and Luci was clearly not satisfied with that. Her father told her one night to do her chores, and the girl refused multiple times. her father's patience ran out and Luci began to think maybe she just should have listened. But it was too late now, and now she had to face those "dire consequences" she'd been warned about time and time again. She was taken to one of the elders of the village, who cut her taill off as punishment for her defiant behavior. The punishment failed to set her in line; in fact, it had the adverse effect. Luci ran away from home that night and, once she felt she was a safe distance from her village, took a brief rest. Out of pure rage she smacked at a singing bird perches on a low tree branch, and when it fell to the ground, she was shcoked to discover the poor creature was burnt to a crisp. it obviously wasnt like that before; it had just been singing and getting on her last nerve a moment ago.
By morning she'd reached a village where a single woman took her in. Luci told her the strange thing that had happened, how she slapped a bird and it somehow became incinerated, and the woman told her the story of a woman with the ability to control fire. Luci learned her name was Artemis, who used to reside in the village before being murdered by a group of people. The woman was left to conclude one thing, and that was Luci was her reincarnation. it seemed to make sense to the girl, it explained her odd hair and eye colors and the myserious cremation of the bird,not to mention, burn marks on her shirt sleeve.
The woman didnt seem too worried about it however, and raised Luci like her own daughter, including making her fire-resistant clothing. Luci in turn did chores for her and helped out in any other possible way without question. But when one day, word had suddenly gotten out about her gift, she was forced to leave the village before she could suffer the same death Artemis did.
Luci usually spends her time in the woods, though sometimes stops into nearby villages now and then to rest and get supplies, never staying for more than a day or two.
