Megaman X9

[Black Knight]

(This is a fan rp, so I'd like if the people that join have some basic knowledge of the Megaman series. I'm no expert myself, so I'm not expecting perfection...^^)

A young reploid, young of age as well of looks, was standing by the table where the body of a new reploid she was working on laid. She had no idea why she'd been told to make this, but didn't question it, she'd made repoilds before, just never this heavily armed warrior mechs before.
She sighs slightly as she walks over to get one of the last parts to put on the repoild as she slightly smiles. Maybe this was a new Maverick Hunter that they were asking her to make? And maybe he one day would ask to see the one who built him and when he met her again he'd sweep her off her feet and take her away from that boring old lab and take her into a world of adventure and danger, where he'd protect her where ever they went.
She sighs deeply with a dreamy look on her face as she starts adding the last part to the repoild....
She was a repoild with long red hair, brown eyes, green mech parts with some black markings, she smiles as she's finished her newest hard work, but the smile disapears as her eyes goes wide....

Elsewhere, deep inside an abandoned factory that the Mavericks had once used as a base a team of Scientists, accompanied by one bodyguard, were investigating if there had been any files about the virus left there for them to study.
The body guard was a female, her hair was long and brown, her helmet black and her eyes a clear blue. She was wearing a long trenchcoat and was following the scientists every footstep.
"HERE! A locked door! Twinn! Can you push it open?" One of the scientists asks her
Twinn just nods and walks up to the door, she turns her left side to it and with a roar she slams into it, tackling it down.
"YAY!" the scientists exclaims, along with some other shouts of happiness as they run past Twinn, who was getting to her feet.
What's this....feeling? she thinks as she walks into the room and lays a hand on her head. "Ugh...." she mutters and looks up at the scientists.
They shouldn't of done it.....But what's done is done....BUT THEY SHOULDN'T!...UGH!....Hate doesn't help anything....does it? They shouldn't! It was not their business! THEY ARE WRONG! HATE!!
She fades out as her sight becomes a red mist...

Meanwhile, on the far side of town, a pair of reploids were making their way into a warehouse, quietly. The one in front had light and dark gray armored parts with red markings and black eyes, while the other was in all orange with distinguishing green markings. The green one had something slung over his shoulder, something large. He also had some kind of glowing green circle on his right wrist. The gray one carried no weapons, although he looked rather confident as he walked in.

"Scanners picking anything up?"

"Yyup, this is the place."

"Alright Mavric, we already know you're here, why don't you come on out so we can get this overwith?!"

From out of the shadows, a reploid with sharp purple armor emurges, a hair of bat wings on his back which soon fold into a cape-like structure in front of him, his eyes glow red with a sadistic grin on his face.

"Heh heh, it certainly took you long enough to get here, you've been trailing me for quite some time, I was wondering when you'd arrive..."

"Can it mavric. We know you stole that data file from the lab, and we intend to get it back." The orange reploid shouts, holding the large canon over his shoulder."Hand it over."

The 'Mavric' snickers at the demand."Sorry, but...I'm giving it to someone as a little gift. This little game of tag has been fun, but, I really must go, bye now!"he cackles before he vanishes in a strange hazy purple dome, the reploid firing his canon, blowing a hole through the wall.

"Damnit! He got away again! What use could he possibly have with that file...?"

The gray reploid only shakes his head."We best get back to HQ and make our report, Asmodius turned Mavric and stole the Alpha Project data file...who knows what kind of damage that could cause..."

Twinn slowly starts coming to her senses again, finding herself in the very same room, but the scientists had been brutally slaughtered...She looks down on her hands to see blood and gasps in shock "W-wha?!" she exclaims and scramble onto her feet, backing away from the sight...

(I'm so very tempted to join as Axl. Just for giggles.

And it's Maverick. Don't slouch. I -WILL- be watching this one.)

[Well, the part is open, so I don't see why not. By all means, go for it]

The two reploids make their way out of the warehouse, headded back to hunter HQ. Zero, however, was off on another mission with X at the time, leaving the base mostly empty.
