Sonic Adventure DX, The Directors Cut--Help?

I'm doing the mission part of the game atm, I beat all the character stories. I've done every mission listed for Tails, except for this one which I simply I can't get: 'I hate this dark and filthy place!' can you find it?

I looked everywhere, can't find this place they're talking about..does anyone know? Oh by the way, just curious..you see Cream flying around the game on occasion, does anyone know if you can actually play/unlock her character in this game?? Thanks.

First of all, Cream is part of the DX so NO!!! she is not part of a playable character secondly have you tried Casinopolis because you are in the sewers as Tails.:cool:
