I one time wrote this character up on Sonic Forums and got no reviews so I'll give him another try and maybe change him around and see how he is.

Speices:Bat
Occupation:Assasin for hire
Physical characteristics:Has black fur, very large black wings, gray mussel, has a snow white stripe go across his right eye, and gray eyes.
Clothing:Wears a pair of white sneakers, black sweats, and a black t-shirt.
Personality:Fear has a bit of a sick personality. He likes to see people in fear and panic. He is willing to do anything to find info on a target even if it means to kill someone.
Ability:Fear has the unique ability to show someone their worst fears or make them relive traumatizing moments. He can control how much fear someone feels based on how many Chaos Emeralds he has. He can also make people see these moments any time of the day without warning, driving most of them mad to a point to comit suicide.
Physical ability: Fear has mastered the art of Kut Su, korrean martial arts, but hardly uses it because his targets comit suicide before he can.
Super Form:When Fear has all 7 emeralds he goes into a super form where he becomes a crimson red color and can make people feel so much fear they immediately comit suicide. But if he becomes his super form on Alls Hallows Eve (Halloween) at midnight. He insteads becomes known as the Ring Master of Terror. His cloths converts to a black tuxs with a top hat and walking stick that has a skull on top of it. And in this form not only do people see their worst fear, it comes to life.
Family(known):Father and Mother(both in a insane Asylum for cronic night terrors and uncontrolable screaming)
Education:Fear had lived in an orphanage most of his life not recieving any formal education but learned alot of stuff on the street when he ran away.
Genetic Traits:Fear inherited his father's large wings giving him the ability to fly 100mph.
