Oh man! Heart surgery, don't worry DP I'll be praying for her. I remember one time Bazooka had to go to the hospital to get an operation on his chin because he split it open. Good thing we made it just in time or he would have had speech problems.

^its the group that my family is with.

The disease is that one of the values are blocked and the blood can't move around. It cannot be detected while the child is still in the womb.

I see and the operation should be able to help her cope with it right. Don't worry I'm sure she'll be fine. Its quite interesting it cannot be detected while the child is in the womb huh? That's really peculiar.

I once read something about this during human anatomy class. How long is it going to take your sister to recover?

I don't know fully

Okay This person i am not related to, he is in my year at school. I heard this is assembly.
His name is Erik Hasoun, he is a typical sport/ almost straight A student. But around the start of term 2, around April/ May, he started having pain in his left knee. Always thought it was a torn ligament. So he went to the doctors and got some tests done, when the test came back...
He had cancer in that knee. I can't remember what the cancer actually is but it affects 6 in 200 000 kids.
He went into hospital, had two lots of chemo therapy. Then went into an operation to remove the cancer. Since the cancer had affectted the bone, Erik's femur had to be cut out half way down to half way down the calf bones, the missing bone was replaced with a metal replacement. Back at home he use to live in a garage out the back of his parent's home, but now he had to move back inside and the whole house has to be re-furbished to allow a wheelchair to be used. Erik has to learn how to walk again.
This Friday/ Thursday (depending on the Time zone, so not tomorrow but the day after) our school is holding a mufti day just for him to help pay for the medical cost.
