Fire Breaker: It's believed to be his greatest attack, he hops up a short distance and shoves his arms forward, he uses his energy and a symbol with strange markings appears infront of him, after that, a fiery blast appears from it heading for his opponent at 35 mph.
Sword Wave: He sends energy to his sword and then slashes it causing a wave heading for his enemy, it goes so fast that it can rip the air if they see it pass them.
Wave of Swords: He does the same for the Sword Wave, except he stabs his sword into the ground, it then scatters around the ground and shoots out in different places in beams until they all meet, then when they meet, it explodes and a barrage of sword waves head towards the ground around the whole area.
Rain of Fire Darts Jutsu: He takes his Death Shuriken and tosses it into the air, then he does his Fireball Jutsu right into the shuriken, it starts to glow red and it explodes into fire beams as long as darts and scatters into 8 different directions.
Kubaki Mode: New appearance, new move, this is his bloodline trait, he does unknown handsigns with his eyes close and the yellow parts of his head begins to glow as he does them, when he finishes, he shouts out this move's name ang his eyes are faded like you see Hinata's or Neji's when they're not in the Byokugan state. It enables to him to disappear and reappear somewhere else when he snaps his fingers, it also improves his defense and offense. Along with these abilities, he can copy his opponent's attacks and can sometimes use them, but not all the time though.

Back Story:
Jutsu McCloud was born on the 3rd of May in the year of 1989, home birthed in a village underground in a unknown location. When he was young, he was a bit mischievous and had alot of tantrums, plus he liked to complain alot. It was so crazy that it scared his little brother, Ritsu who was only 4 years old while Jutsu was 7. At the age of 13, Jutsu enrolled into the ninja academy to learn the ways of the shinobi and wasn't doing very well at the start, he had perfect chakra control, but could never control when to release it, so he took lessons on it and eventually learned how to do so. Years passed and he eventually earned the title that they call "Shonin", this is the rank that means that you are second to the Hokage of the village and is possible to be the Hokage, but he didn't want to rule the village because it would be like a celebrity, being stalked, someone always trying to kill you, no time to yourself whatsoever.
When he reached the age of 15, he managed to develop his own skills and discovered his bloodline trait that has been passed down for generations and it took him longer to master it completely, but one day as he was about to try again, the village was under attack by a giant mole with sharp claws and the mouth of an anteater, but the creature was called the Jewel Eater, it rampaged through the village destroying buildings, killing lives, and eating all that it could find, food that we eat today, or the very villagers and ninjas that lived there. It eventually ate his parents along with his younger brother, he had no choice but to flee from the village through the tunnel that the Jewel Eater came through that lead to the surface.
He then promised that he would not return to the village and wander around the planet and anywhere else in the galaxy/universe where he could become much stronger, so he sought out to explore the world, he has travelled 3/8s of the world in 2 years, his location now is unknown to anyone, is he training for a big mission? Has he given up and started a life in another village? Hell, I don't know, so don't ask me that question. In the first year of his travelling, he fought a robot who went by the name of Orez, Jutsu has killed him twice and someone keeps repairing him every year, Orez was defeated in the second year, whenever it's repaired, it gets much stronger than Jutsu was when he defeated it. But Orez came back stronger and tricked Jutsu in a way and killed him, but a group of people who knew what they was doing was trying to bring him back to life, Orez found out about their plans and tried all he could to stop them, but when he attacked, they had to return Jutsu's soul to his body earlier than expected, when they did that he was alive once again and he gained more strength and speed, his brother, Ritsu showed up at the base and they both killed Orez.
The last thing that happened after that is that the leader of the base asked them to join his team, they both refused, Jutsu explained what their mission was and they left, one of them decided to follow them after that. A few months after that he ate a strange green mushroom that poisoned him. The doctor that he was sent to told him it was a special kind of mushroom that will poison you, but has some special effects depending on the person who eats it. In this case, he's been given the power to shoot grappling hooks out of his hands so you could say the special effect was very helpful to him.
