Sonic Heroes is awsome it has many cool things like when you fight Metal sonic

Sonic Heroes is was sent me into a Sonic frenzy that made me find my way out onto the net and onto Sonic Forums, which I thought was really fun.

Anyway this game is a nice one, It was the main thing that made me join forums also.
I beat the final stage(Metal Madness).
It was cool how I got to turn into Super Sonic, Tails, and even Knuckles.
I gave this game 2 thumbs up.

With that I meant that before Sonic Heroes came out I was a Sonic fan, but I never activly looked for Sonic stuff. But when Sonic Heroes got released I went kinda nuts. I downloaded any Sonic music I could get my hands on, I started to look for all kinds of Sonic pictures I could find.
So, once when searching for Sonic pictures using the word Sonikku(on Google), I came across a forum called Sonic Zone Forum, in which I fell in love because of their roleplay section.

Thus is how I got onto the net...Before that computers disinterested me.

I really loved Sonic Heroes. Especially when I found out that the hidden character was Metal Sonic. For those who have my msn, you know why I'm saying this. In actual fact. My favourite characters are Sonic, Metal Sonic and Shadow; and I was (actually) devastated when Metal died in the Sonic OVA. So when I heard Metal was the final boss, from this guy who I used to do clay stuff with. I was so thrilled.

At that time I didn't even have a gamecube, since my dad doesn't let me have one. So I only went on the net to have fun and at that time, Sonic Zone Forum was like heaven to me. But I felt left out because everyone seems to have finished all of the games on gamecube. I didn't get a gamecube until I was 13. And still... I didn't finish the game yet. But I always enjoyed playing Sonic Heroes, since you can multiplay three characters in one go. My favourite thing about it is there's a twist at the end of the story, which makes the audience engaged with the game.

I had to do in order to fight Metal Sonic, I was thrilled, glued to the TV screen all day.
I had to find all 7 Chaos Emeralds.
The more I think about this game, the more I want to play it.

The game was fun and all but I had the PS2 version. The main problem is that there was a glitch with the X button getting mixed up with the O button. The cameras were kinda sketchy when using the camera cotrols and the story mode was great though!!! Some of those missions they state are impossible though.:eek: Even with team dark's bonus missions, I couldn't destroy 100 enemies in the first act. Im gonna give this game a 3 out of 5.

I can play it pretty well but I just can't get that last emerald, the red one.
Why does the last emerald have to be the red one, the other 6 where pretty easy.
I sort of guessed the mysterious character to be Metal sonic, but I had did some research before I had gotten the game.

Sonic Heroes used to be my most favorite Sonic game. But that soon changed to Sonic and Knuckles. For final boss I thought Metal Overlord was one of the best. My most favorite part in it was when he would the battleships at you. The best part was when you would get to play as all of the metallic forms of the Teams when you collected 140 emblems. It was hard but rewarding.

In my opinion, Team Chaotix was pretty easy. I do agree that Team Rose is the easiest. It's the cutest team, though. =3

The only thing I hated about Sonic Heroes was Team Rose's team blast. I first used it when on the Egg Albatross and since my personal record of beating 153 (and counting) times of beating story mode.

I don't think Team Chaotix was so hard, I think I finished their story around the same time with Sonic's team. Team Dark took quite a while though, well, having trouble on Final Fortress, but I got an A the first time beating it anyhow

Actually I may have posted too hastily, I forgot to express my feelings twords Sonic Heroes.

I personally see it as a landmark, because after this game all of Sonic's 3D console titles started to suck balls. As for the game itself there is little to complain about. The game was long, it held your interest, and had a balanced difficulty. The one thing I hated was the incredibly R for retarded storyline that went down. Sonic games where never famous for having exceptional plots, but this game brought it to a new low.

Robotnick: HAHHAHAHAHAHA GUESS WHAT SONIC HEROES? I have an uber badass new weapon capable taking over the earth in a matter of seconds. But Instead of using it right now like any smart individual. I agree with Alex Kaisentrifel. As long as the graphics and gameplay are good, then I like it. They didn't have as many high-graphic scenes as Sonic the Hedgehog 3, though.

- Sonic has been friendly from the start.
- Tails used to claim himself as Sonic's little brother. They've also been tight buds from the start. Little boys love big boys, y'know? Not in that way, but just looking up to them and stuff.
- You're right about Amy, but she's breaking off a little bit. Just a little.

I hate to nag, but they should go back to what it was like in Sonic Adventure 2. Amy ain't a fighter, but at least she showed some fucking indepence! Sure, Tails had to save her ass at one point, but she actually got to Prison Island on her own and she also managed to get to Sonic's cell! (which she does on her own in Sonic X, she's awesome in Sonic X!)

Sonic Adventure 1 and 2 were both awesome and after the next Sonic game, they'll be classics!

How about a working playing field and responsive controls? I'd rather not have my character homing attack off the edge of another cliff into oblivion, or being play as a speed character when the game hasn't recognized when I changed team members and either doesn't change, or changes the character, but not the physical attributes?

It's nice being able to floor it down a road AT FIVE MILES PER HOUR. Nice work Sega. Great concept, poor execution. The game got bad reviews because it played like an early 90's Skoda. Multiple glitches, bad voice work (the timing was TERRIBLE in the cutscenes), worthless rewards (wow, I spent all that time getting through a broken game, for what? HARD mode? GTFO.), and the world's WORST color choices for characters this side of the Marti Gras parades.

Good GOD Heroes sucked. It was like being tortured every time you played. A game is supposed to be fun, you play to enjoy getting to the next level, not to make it feel like work. COLLECT A BUNCH OF SHIT TO MOVE ON, get bent Chaotix. Go get Mighty to fetch the Power Rings back so he an beat you to death with them for leaving him behind.

There isn't a Sonic Heroes 2. There's a Riders 2, where they just gave every character Chaos Control under a different name, but no Heroes 2.

Until Sega actually have the decency to FINISH a game before they release it, I wouldn't hold your breath. Pray for another DS release.

Mind you, thats only because I'm retro. I'm sure if I was like many Sonic fans out there who appreciate all the games in general, then I would have a like for this game. But I grew up with the good old games. You're Sonic, and no one else. You have your little orange sidekick by your side, and your one goal is to stop Robotnik. Thats the way games should be, rather than travel through time and defeat giant monsters.

As for a rating. I'd give it a 4/10.

I know if your really good at programing you can do that sort of thing on the computer version. Anyway I'm on Gamefaqs so I should know if there is any cheats like that around.

Its will be too much of a hassle. You'll have to reprgram your computer to accept PS2 discs and figure out how to program the disc and make a burnt copy, then youve got to chip the PS2 so it will acept burnt CDs. Every chance that the CD will not burnt proberly or a programing error will from crashing the PS2.

Sonic Heroes accelerated the downward spiral in quality that Sonic Adventure 2 started. I tried, I really did, to have fun with this game, but the fact that a majority of gamers would rather pick up Sonic 3 over this game speaks volumes about it's content (as shown by Wii's virtual console).
