Ah, yeah, as thats the only thing you've done.
His shape and quill design is still exactly the same as Shadow's, you've just changed the shape of the markings, changed the eye colour from white to black, made a big ass scar across his face and added some clothes.

I did that when I was a beginner at spriting. Dude, I know you can do better.

A red sonic is a recolor, A red sonic with a sweater or something is a recolor, but not so much. I don't think Shadow's a recolour, cause his quill design is at least different from Sonic's.
But Shackel's quill design is completly the same as Shadow's, which labels him a recolour. Doesn't matter how many different clothes and patterns you put on him, he's still a recolour of Shadow.
You got a creative mind, as you made that character so you gotta have some creativity. Why not use it to add something to his quill design? I'm sure that you can come up with something really awesome if you gave it a shot.

x3... Evil Annie is actually Annie herself. But since Annie's a pure demon, there's got to be at least some evil inside her. When Annie turns evil, she'll be all cat like. So she'll start hissing at you if she dislikes you, she'll purr when she's happy. She'll scratch your face if you make her upset. and in her boredom... she plays with a ball of wool...

But actually, at first she didn't have any of that energy inside her. Evil Annie is all a part of a spell her Grandfather put on her to protect her, as we all know... Annie's allergic to dark energy. So if Annie gets surrounded by dark energy and she's lying on the floor half concious, the spell will react and protect her, so Evil Annie will take over her body. That's why in one bit the rp, she's trying her best to get away from it, because Evil Annie isn't merciful at all. (unless you have catnip handy that is.)

Oh I use a tablet, I used to use a mouse but I kept breaking them, so my dad bought me a tablet for my birthday, but having a tablet is as bad as inking, then colouring by hand, since I don't like photoshop as much as this program called Alias Sketch pro. For the picture of evil Annie I used Alias sketchpro.

You should get one!!! once you get it, look around the shops for Alias Sketch Pro. It's Awesome! It's pressure sensitive! so it really does look like you're sketching.

yesh it is a tail. I usually like adding bits and bobs to people's characters to make them look different. I even designed the sword for Shacks as well x3...

Actually Dark has a palace. He's the Prince of the planet Dezar, he also has an alliance with Annie. Peppermint is always outside, mainly because her powers are actually plants, water and wind.

Secret Love

Annie was about to enter the throne room when she heard her Grandfather, speaking to someone. As soon as she heard the voice, she immediately recongnized it. She hid behind the pillar.

"Glare, how many times did I tell you that you shouldn't get close to Annie?! She is your brother's Girlfriend!" Annie felt sick. "So Flare's been passing on rumours to her Grandfather." Annie broke up with Flare a year ago. She found out that he cheated on her.

"But your Majesty, Princess September hasn't been with Flare - "

"I don't want to hear any of that nonsense from you, especially when you're her bodyguard. Just because you make sure she isn't in danger. It doesn't mean that you can hug her and think that she loves you. If you continue this behaviour I will cast you to the dungeons! Is that understood?"

"Yes your Majesty." replied Glare. There was a hint of hurt in his voice, Annie heard Glare make soft whimper and flatten his ears at the back of his head. Annie felt hurt. She didn't understand why her Grandfather didn't like Glare. Just because he was a mix of colour, it meant nothing. Glare walked past Annie.

"Annie, what are you doing here?" he whispered as he hid his face. Then Annie saw her Grandfather coming, she quickly whispered to Glare, "Glare, meet me outside in the Royal Gardens."

Annie pretended to have heard nothing and walked into the throne room, where now an angered Royal blue coloured hedgehog sat.

"Grandfather, what is the matter?" asked Annie innocently, clearly a little bit upset about her Grandfather hurting her friend's feelings.

"That Glare... Annie, you have to stay away from him. He isn't right, you know that? I mean... How did he end up being Blue, then crimson? Look at Flare! He came out in one colour!"

"But Grandfather... Glare has the best qualities in the world... so many - "

"Don't even say it Annie. One of these days, he's going to turn on you and drag you to Earth then let mortals kill you off, like they did to your Parents."

"Grandfather... Mortals are not bad! Just because various ones killed my mother and father. It doesn't mean anything!"

"Annie! Hold your tongue this instant! You're talking back at me."

"I'm sorry Grandfather... I did not control my tongue..." said Annie, she looked down at the ground. Her ears dropped down a bit. She walked out of the throne room and continued along a corridor that led to the Royal Gardens. Why won't Grandfather understand?". Annie sniffed, tears rolled down her cheeks. "Oh Glare, I wish Grandfather would understand..." thought Annie. As she headed more nearer to the Royal Gardens, she wiped the tears from her eyes. "You're not the only one that's hurt, Annie. Glare needs you more..." She was talking to herself again, it was quite scary to her really.

Glare was already there, sitting on the dark aqua coloured stone wall that surrounded the big lake. Glare saw Annie walk towards him, he flushed and shook it away. He had vowed to the King, that he will never have feelings for her again, but how can he? Annie took a seat next to him, she hugged him, he hugged back.

"Glarey... Grandfather will never understand..." said Annie.

"It's not like I can do anything about it, Princess."

"Don't call me that... please call me Annie..."

Now they were holding hands, Annie looked into Glare's silvery sparkling eyes. They were much like his brother's, but Glare's were so much brighter. "A... Annie... I can't do this..." said Glare, letting go of her hands.

"Glare... don't listen to my Grandfather... he thinks that Flare is the best. I don't believe that."

Glare looked into Annie's orange eyes. He started carrassing her face gently. Annie blushed, her heart started beating faster, it's always been like this. Annie leant closer as the two locked their lips together. Glare put his arm around Annie to support her as they continued until Glare decided to break the kiss and lie down for the moment. "Glare..."

"Yes Annie?"

"I love you."

"I love you too."

Annie lay down on the thick wall right next to Glare. Glare stroked her hair. Annie snuggled up close to him. "Let's keep our love a secret." whispered Glare tenderly into Annie's ear. Annie closed her eyes, feeling comfortable, even though. She's heard the same words being repeated so many times before.

Here's Darkie, Annie and Sayonara (in the order of their names of course). XDDD Annie's shortest compared to the other two XD. It's kinda like those sticker photo booths. Darkie and Annie are making an effort to look more awesome in the pic, whiles Sayonara's just like "I am simply not bothered." XD...

Maybe you don't know yet, but...

Darkie - the cheeky and hyper one. Also loud mouthed, uses foul language and throws tantrums. She's quite immature, she was actually created through the dark energy Delano (or Dark Sonikku) put into Annie, when he was trying to turn Annie evil, but instead he created another replica of Annie. But she got woken up by Aldaris, a shadowy creature that seeks power all the time. Darkie's quite unstable, that's why she can act like a five or six year old sometimes. The second eldest.

Annie - The gentle, peace loving and innocent one. The original one. The youngest.

Sayonara - evil sisterly form, bad tempered. Was quite jealous of Annie. Is the eldest, in reality, she is a reincarnation of a spirit that was trapped in a place.

Seriously though, and all jokes aside, you could stand to work on your head positioning as well. Every picture (bar the sketches at the start, those were actually good) has the same face stuck onto it, with a different expression. And even then, they don't seem to vary much.

You've been putting the extra effort in though, so that's nice to see.

I never said my art was perfect. I know some people don't like my art. I'm already depressed, so I don't really care anymore. Besides, I'm thinking of moving on and not drawing anymore. None of this art will ever get me anywhere, so I might ditch all this art and leave this behind and just forget about the pictures I drew. Like Black Knight said, it didn't come out of the trash. I was agreeing with the part that said that the legs are looking stiff. The legs are looking stiff, and all of your character's faces seem to be frozen in one pose.
