Reflexes: Flame has very fast refelexes and can move fastly. He is capable of flying high and fast. He also can breath fire and have retratable claws.

Summarized Biography:
Flame was born in an oasis out in the Saharah Desert. He was tooken there by his mother who was at the time fleeing from the CIA withen the United States Government. Her husband, whos name is unkown died in the incident with the CIA.
Confrontations with the CIA bacame more and more apparent as Flame's father was creating a chemical hormone known as X-223 to be injected into pregnant women. Apparently, this hormon gives all children positive resesive genes that are transmitted through the gene pool.
The CIA has hired Flame's father to create this for the United States Government Amrny experimental unit in order to create a perfect army for the government. However as Flame's father got further and further into experiment things began to go wrong. As the CIA was unable to get a hold of him they raided his house and shothim down.
Shery however was sent into Egypt by a private piolete James Tripan. Once in Eygypt she was located by the CIA and took run into the desert. Shery had been infected with Flame's fathers hormon x-223 and died when giveing child birth.
Flame was found gentecally mutated to be have dragon withen the sahara by the CIA who captured him and brought him back for testing. HE now works for the CIA.
