Introduction

An ear piercing scream rang through the quiet streets of a small town called Chic hills. A young furrie with pink long quills, with white tips and a curl at the end of each quill walked out from a park. Blood trickled down her fingers from her palms, she wiped the blood onto her dark crimson dress, she smiled briefly as she walked towards a dark figure, who was standing up on the lamppost. She looked up.

“Well done my little one.”
“What’s next Master?” said the pink furrie curling a quill around her finger.
“Nothing yet, you should rest my little Demon doll.”
“Yes master.” replied the pink furrie.

They call her The Demon Doll: The Dark lord’s favourite prized possession. It was rumoured that he loved her, but the young girl’s heart was somewhere else. She is famous for her ruthless way of killing, and her beauty. Never once feeling sympathetic towards anything, but what she does with the bodies are unknown, since they always disappear when dawn comes. Often you will hear her to be referred to as “The Emotion collector”, simply because she feeds on Emotions.

But most call her… Aishiteru. Her actual name is Aishiteru, which ironically means “I love you” in Japanese. From what her victims have seen, there is no love in this beautiful girl. but the Dark Lord decided to give her the names Lolita and as a surname “Hearts”. Lolita in Demontropian means Doll.

Aishiteru smiled as she watched her Master disappear into the dark night. She decided it was time for her to go home. Her home was just a few blocks away from the park. She arrived home more quicker than she predicted. Unlocking the door, she turned the door knob and walked in.

“I hope tomorrow I can kill more of them…” said Aishiteru, smirking.

I'm having a writer's block again, but I'll do my best with my chapters. It's actually really hard to write it...

Chapter 1 – Aishi as a mortal

Aishiteru walked out of the front gate. “Mother! I’m going to school!” she called as she happily skipped towards her boyfriend, Veloz. Veloz smiled at her warmly. “Morning babe.”
“Morning Veloz.” Aishi smiled at him, happy that she could see her boyfriend and get away from her mother. She had no Father, he left them when she was only two. Aishi was one of those who were quite popular in school, ever since her boyfriend and her became homecoming king and queen. They walked through a park, everywhere kids were running and walking to school, Aishi coughed as a car passed.

People stared at her as they walked past. Aishi just smiled, she knew the reason why: she was a goth. But she could care less, as long as she had Veloz, even if the world ended, she would be happy. Veloz even said he would marry her, although she seemed so happy, but some characteristics of Veloz made her feel sad.

“Aishi… we need to talk…”
“Veloz… did I do something wrong? Am I not pretty enough for you already?”
“No… it’s not that, babe.”
“Then what is it?”
“Please can you get rid of your goth junk? It’s harming my reputation.”
“I guess I could try and wear something else other than my goth clothes…”
“Look, I’ll take you shopping after school, how does that sound.”
“I guess…” she said. “I didn’t realise that we’re already at school.” “Oh look! We’re already at school! See you!” she kissed Veloz on the cheek and off she went. Veloz on the other hand stayed at the school gate, he walked towards a girl with red and black fur. “Hey there, Darling.” said Veloz.

After school she waited at the gates. Hours passed, Veloz was no where to be seen. Giving up, Aishi walked back home. As soon as she got home, she decided to call Veloz. The phone rang, someone answered it. “Uh… hello, can I please speak to Veloz?”
“Look, Aishi. Well if that’s who you are, Veloz is a bit busy right now… with me!”
“Wh… what do you mean?”
“If you haven’t been too dumb to notice, Veloz doesn’t love you anymore, besides… I was supposed to be Homecoming Queen, not you! I mean… were the judges blind? Some goth scum won the Homecoming Queen award. I’m MUCH more PRETTIER than YOU are! Why did they even choose YOU?!”

Aishi hung up, tears went down her cheeks. “Why?... Why? WHY? Why… did he not tell me… why didn’t he tell me that he was in love with Lila?” Aishi dried the blood that she was crying, she didn’t understand why she cried blood.

~Flashback~

“Aishi… you’re eyes are bleeding”
“Oh… I cry blood, Veloz”
“That is so weird… do you think that’s abnormal… I suggest you go to the doctor… because I don’t think I want any of my pillows or furniture stained in the future.”
“Okay… sure… I’ll go to the doctor’s…”

~End of Flashback~

Aishi sniffed. “I did everything that made him happy… why?” Aishi continued to cry, eventually she fell asleep.

The Next day she exited her front gate once again. Veloz was there… waiting for her…

“Hi Aishi.”
“Veloz… why?” asked Aishi, blood was trickling down her face again.
“First of, you cry blood, that is just weird, secondly didn’t I tell you to cut your goth junk? Thirdly, I doubt that you’re pretty enough for me. Not anymore. Fourthly, I don’t like how we looked in the Homecoming King and Queen thing…”
“But Veloz… Homecoming was a year ago…”
“Who cares? The picture is still in the hall, and fifthly… Did I mention your goth junk?!”
“YOU DIDN’T MIND IT BEFORE! NOW YOU MIND, JUST BECAUSE WE WON THAT AWARD?! VELOZ, WHAT HAPPENED TO THE OLD DAYS? YOU USED TO SAY THAT I WAS COOL, SINCE I WAS A GOTH!”
“And now I am SICK of it. I’m SICK OF YOUR FACE. I’m SICK OF YOUR VOICE.”
“You…” Aishi hissed. Her eyes suddenly turned a different colour. They turned black. “I’ll… kill you!” she hissed again.
“Heh… see if you dare!” said Veloz, not even twitching from her words. Aishi looked around a second, everyone was staring at her. “I can’t do anything in broad daylight…” “Ptthhh!” she hissed as she walked away.

Her head was spinning around. As she eventually calmed down, her eyes changed back to the normal pink colour. A plot suddenly started to hatch inside her mind.

Veloz walked to his locker, he saw a note stuck on it, with pink writing. “Must be Aishi…” He read the note, “Sorry for my mental breakdown today, I guess we could always be friends. Tell you what, let me make it up to you… meet me outside my house at seven and we’ll go to a nice restaurant. My treat!
~ Aishi”
“Okay… fine Aishi, we’ll have a nice talk and maybe I can force you to do the thing I’ve always wanted to…” though Veloz, he smirked a bit, he ripped the note off his locker and walked off to his class.

“Clocks are so slow!” Aishi waited impatiently as she watched the clock. She put on her best outfit she could find. “I just can’t wait…” The clock struck seven.
“Time for the party to begin.”
Aishi walked out of her the front door. “hi Veloz.”
“hello, Aishi.”
“So… shall we go now?’
“Of course.”
All through dinner Aishi couldn’t stop smiling. Not because she was with Veloz, no… never again.

Veloz smirked a bit, he found it almost impossible to hide that smirk of his. He couldn’t wait until dinner finished. He couldn’t wait to do what is was going to do. He ate his food as he observed Aishi’s movements. Every single time Aishi looked at him, he looked away. Who knew she was so… curvy, or should he say, fine?

As Aishi paid for the bill she asked sweetly, “Hey, Veloz… can we… have a stroll throw the park and also through those alleyways?”
“Of course. I would LOVE to stroll through the Alleyways, Aishi.”
“Good.” said Aishi, giving him a sweet smile.

They walked into the alleyways. Aishi shivered a bit as Veloz inched closer and closer through each step. As they reached the darkest part of the alleyway, Veloz suddenly pinned Aishi against the wall. “Aishi… I’ve been waiting for this moment for such a long time!” Veloz reached to her back and unzipped her dress. Aishi pushed him away, she didn’t like being touched by mortals. “Wait… Mortals?! I’m one myself too…”
“Come on Aishi… don’t you still love me… but then again… I don’t need you… after all… you’re just a toy…” Aishi hissed, her eyes turned black. She jumped at Veloz and sliced at him with her dagger. Aishi smirked. “And I’ve been waiting for this moment for a long time.” Aishi now with her eyes filled with evil intend. She watched as his blood spilled out from his neck.

Suddenly everything turned black and a big wind blasted through the empty alleyways.
“I can feel your hate…”
“Who are you?” she answered crisply.
“I… my dear. Am the Dark Lord, Xylon.”
“Oh so now I’m going to hell?”
“No My dear… I have a better job for you. You will be part of my vengeance demon group.”
“Vengeance demon… I like the idea.”
“Then the deal…” he appeared behind Aishi and grabbed her holding her close. “Is done!” He smirked as he ran his sharp claws down her arm. Aishi’s blood trickled down her arm. The Dark lord smirked and let some of her blood drip onto a piece of paper. He fastened a choker around Aishi’s neck, it was a heart at the end. “You will respond to the name “Lolita Hearts” now. And your job, is to grant evil wishes and take emotions from Mortals, Lolita.”
“Yes Master.” replied Aishi. She smirked. “It’s good Mother decided to get rid of me by leaving me here in her house. Now I have a house and no one to stop me… After all… Mortals are pathetic.”

Chapter 2 – Family… (Aishi’s P.O.V)

Mother abandoned me. She had waited to do this for such a long time. I detest her, she lies. All I see is her is a world of lies and nothing else. She told me that she had not been seeing father. I know she has. I saw them once together when I was with my filthy mortal ex.

She locked her love letters in her draw. I picked the lock and found them. Father only left so that it will give him time to buy a new house, in a new place, then re-marry mother and get rid of, they’ve never loved me anyway. I mean I’ve always been counted as their morbid daughter. Even as a kid, They’ve always shooed me to the park. I still remember the time when mother denied being my parent…

Flashback

It was a beautiful day, and no this isn’t the typical little tales you read. I was in the Park playing in the sand box. I didn’t understand why my parents didn’t like spending time with me in the park.

“Aishiteru, it’s time to go home.” My mother is shouting to me.
“Is this your daughter? She is such a sweet little thing.” I heard a strange say to them.
“No. She’s my sister’s daughter.”
“She must be so lucky.”
“Heh. Not really.”

I looked at mother like she was mad. I was going to say something when she gave me a sharp “Don’t-you-dare-open-your-mouth” look. I got up and dusted my dress and walked with her to ice-cream shop. I was allowed to buy an ice-cream with extra scoops because I “shut up” when she was talking to the other lady.

It hurt. It hurt to know my folks thought I was good for nothing. But now, I could care less. I’m not a mortal anymore. I didn’t feel mortal in the first place anyway. I mean my wounds have always healed extra fast, even as a child, I can sense people looking at me. In a strange way. Master said that I was allowed to keep my house on earth. I already earned quite a lot of money, I got my entire house redecorated. Master told me that Demontropolis still had a King and Queen. Apparently, the Princess is known to be extremely kind and also beautiful. I noticed that Master blushed after he said that. I bet he fancies her. Jealousy surfaced as soon as I found out. I was told by him that I had to go to Demontropolis to study in Darkhill school, also to report to the King. I wonder if I will see the Princess. I really want to see whether she was as pretty as he described her to be.

I sat in the lounge, turning on the TV; I took my bottle of spirit and drank it. I know, I’m only fifteen, who actually cares anymore? I heard the reporter report a dead teenager boy that was found in a dark alley way. “The only evide3nce we found was a wooden handmade knife.” I smirked and I snickered. I was told that I don’t leave fingerprints. That made everything much more easier. I will never be caught.

I was told that everytime my necklace flashes, it means someone is wishing. I then teleport there. I’m thrilled about going to school tomorrow, because Master is personally taking me there. I heard the doorbell ring, I guess it was time. I took my Luggage and opened the door.

“Master!” I said delighted, my stomach did a flip.
“Lolita, we have to be on our way.”

He created a portal, we walked though, the minute I looked at Demontropolis, I knew I would like it.

Chapter 3 – Demontropolis

“Everything’s free…”
“How come?”
“The Princess wanted everything to be free. She’s worried that people will go into poverty.”

I looked at My Master, he was blushing for the obvious. His eyes changed colour, well sort of did anyway. They went a shining silver colour. Once again, I felt jealousy flood me. I frowned a bit. I was taken to the palace, but before we went inside the palace, I saw Master walk over to the gardens. Well to be precise, the RoyalGardens. I saw Master gaze at the gate. I decided to walk over and have a look - it was her… the Princess. My curiosity quickly changed to jealousy. She was prettier than me. I frowned.

“Lolita, you look so angry.”
“Master, you like her right?”
“Of course…”

I felt so angry. I watched her walk inside the palace as her Grandfather called her. Why can’t Master like me as much as her? Master then brought me into the palace, I had to report to the king myself. (Probably because Master was too embarrassed to see the Princess). The Princess was kneeling down beside her Grandfather. I heard her ask her Grandfather.

“Grandfather, what does a vengeance demon do?”
“They grant evil wishes, Annie.”
“I see.” Annie hesitated for a minute before saying, “Grandfather, can I visit Earth?”
“Annie, we’ve already talked about this subject before. How many times do I have to say NO?”
“I’m sorry Grandfather.” I watched as Annie looked down on the ground. “Such respect for her elders…” I thought to myself.

Her Grandfather called me in, I bowed down, then I was told to rise. I listened to him. I can’t actually remember much of what he said, I was for the first time in my life… worried. Then Annie walked towards me, expecting some kind of snobby comment from her, well after all… She was a Princess. I frowned and looked at her.

“Think wisely about whether that wish your client makes is necessary or not Miss Aishiteru. The job as a vengeance demon is important; it keeps the balance of hatred and love in the world. If you ever have any problems, I am happy to help.”

Now I felt guilty… which is strange. Here I was completely jealous and hating her for being My Master’s crush, but in actual fact she was so nice. No wonders her Grandfather didn’t want her to go to Earth. She was so innocent; any crazy guy can come along and grab her, then destroy her in a flash.

“Thank you for your advice Princess.”
“No problem, I love to help people.”

She was definitely different from the Princesses I’ve heard of.

“I guess I better go to school now…”
“That reminds me Annie, it’s about time you headed off for school!”
“Oh! I’m sorry Grandfather! I forgot! Glare! We better head off!”
“Okay Annie!” I heard a voice call, in a flash a hedgehog with blue spikes and crimson at the top of his spikes landed on the floor.

“I’m sorry, Your Highness, I had to do that for an emergency.”
“Don’t do it again.” Said Annie’s Grandfather.
“Okay.” I think I felt myself blush. Well… Glare was sort of cute. I loved his carefree attitude.
“Good Morning Princess.” He took Annie’s hand and kissed it. I guess he liked her too, but then again… I may be wrong.
“Morning Glare.” Turning to me she said, “Do you want to come with us to school?”

“Sure.”

Actually, It's a school for all demons in general. they stop learning practical stuff like maths, english (to them that's a language), Demontropian and sciences at the age of 12, then they start to learn about powers and stuff like that. They're allowed to study all of the elements, but the thing is you get earrings to show how many elements and what level you are at it.

Because, her parents were murdered there, also Annie's too friendly (in her Grandfather's way of thinking, and if she's too nice, something bad might happen to her such as being taken to somewhere she doesn't know of. After all, she's kind of innocent in a way since she doesn't think that evil exists in everyone. Although she can fight, but as you can see in the rp that we've been doing, she'll allergic to dark energy and when she's scared, she just can't fight. Unless she turns evil that is.

Chapter 4 – thoughts of Darkhill school

Darkhill’s school uniform is amazing. I guess being a demon ain’t bad at all, much better than what Earth was like. Annie took me to the clothes store and got me the school uniform. She told me she does cheerleading. Glare seemed to talk so much around Annie. Annie told me that Glare had a really rough time as a child, maybe it was like my childhood? Sometimes I wonder; is neglecting your child counted as child abuse? I guess not. Glare told me all the stuff to do with his brother, Flare. I found out that Annie: The Princess of Demontropolis was actually younger than me for a year. But if you judged her and me by the level of education, she will get top marks. I mean she’s so disciplined and respectful. She shows respect towards me as well. I think Annie and I are going to be such great friends. But one thing bugs me – She’s SO NICE!

I mean Flare came around earlier and started being an ass to Glare and hurting Glare. Annie immediately spoke to Flare and got him stuttering. I heard rumours that Annie dates him – which to me, is of course TOTALLY untrue! I mean… Flare may have a cute face but he makes me feel sick to my stomach with his grin. I mean Glare is so cute… okay… let’s not get here… Annie’s tongue is so sharp. She can really shut her opponent up! She’s comforting Glare right now, (“Surprisingly enough”) I felt quite jealous when I saw Annie hugging Glare. I also met one of her other friends – Hexy. Hexy told me that Glare loves Annie, but I said to her, “Stop talking rubbish.” I can tell Hexy’s crazy about Glare, rumour has it that there’s a Glare fan club at school. Well… who wouldn’t like Glare… I mean he’s so – okay let’s not get there! This isn’t even my personal diary. What the hell am I talking about?!

I like Annie a lot. She’s the kind of friend I need. One who actually LISTENS to your problems and doesn’t tell anyone else about your problems. She’s so caring, I mean she’s like a social butterfly, I hope her kindness will rub off me and maybe I can make friends with everyone one day. No wonder why Master and Glare like her so much. Oh I even found a group of Goths hanging out together, they didn’t mind me being with them. No one picks on them at all!

Oh God… I’m starting to sound like I’m writing a diary again.

You know… I believe that beauty is skin deep. I hate people who are vain. Vanity is so stupid, once you grow old, you’re nothing! Nothing but just some old skeleton in the graveyard. I love graveyards. Oh still remember going to visit my dead grandparents.

~Flashback~

“Mummy, this place is so nice.”
“Aishi, stop speaking words of evil; this place is a Graveyard. This is the place for the dead to rest. If you carry on speaking like that I will have to take you to a medium to check whether you are possessed.”
“Okay mummy… I won’t ever say that again…”
My mother and Father frowned. I knew that I won’t be getting ice-cream today, instead – a beating. The most terrible thing for a child in their childhood; especially if your parents were merciless towards you when you did something wrong…

As soon as I returned home, my mother dragged me into my bedroom. I was told to pull my skirt down. My mother immediately brought out a whip and whipped me at the back of my thighs. I cried, pools of blood flooded down my cheeks. I was bleeding badly by the end of it. I hated her… I despised her. But that wasn’t the worse… the day father left… she took a block of metal, heated it and walked into my room, she pressed it against my skin. I can still remember and feel the pain to this day onwards, that day… I screamed the loudest and longest than any girl in their life… at least… the scars aren’t there anymore…

~End of Flashback~

Zooming back to reality I remember that my next class was Maths, followed by English which is oh-so-easy for me. But with Demontropian it’s hard, but I love it. Annie’s giving me extra tutoring on Demontropian. I’m serious… that girl is TOO NICE! What if she fell in love with a horrible man who will treat her like dirt? Then she will be his slave for life, being commanded by him all the time. You can tell just by one look that Annie is sweet natured. Even though ironically I demon should be evil… well thinking evilly anyway.

Well it seems I actually enjoy my studies over here. I remember during the last day of school, I purposely wore an amazing outfit. Everyone was stunned, guys asked me out, but I told them it’s my last day there. They were all disappointed. Veloz would have been so jealous right now. I heard from Annie that she has an older sister named Lila. I just hope it’s not her sister that took Veloz away from me.

After school, I was picked up by Master. I didn’t tell him this. But I saw Annie and Glare KISSING in the gardens today at lunch time. I think Annie and Glare are secretly dating. It’s just that I can tell Annie’s grandfather will always say no. I can tell by just looking at him, Annie’s Grandfather dislikes Glare. Glare told me that Annie’s grandfather likes Flare and wants him to marry Annie, but I think Annie and Glare make a cuter couple, Flare just doesn’t look trustworthy… he reminds me of Veloz and that annoys me.

We were given a very long and important talk today. And it was actually (for once) interesting, I didn’t even feel drowsy! Well… it was about us needing to choose which elements to study. I feel sorry for Annie, she has to take ever single element on the list. She told me that her grandfather wants her to know all of the elements. Glare’s taking most of them; he’s going to show his parents that he is going to be better than his brother. And me? Well… I’m taking Fire, Water and Wind… I guess…

I’m having a “sleepover” at Annie’s tonight… since they’ve got so many rooms, she gave me one. I guess I can settle down and sleep it off, thing is, being different and everything scares me. I mean one minute I’m a loser goth mortal in a high school… then suddenly BANG! I’m a vengeance demon that is looked up to. After School I had lessons with Uranus, Annie’s older brother. He’s so… interesting, mysterious and dark. He was teaching me how to behave properly and I had to have manners. Then Annie came in with some refreshments and asked me whether her brother was tiring me out. Well of course I said “No.” I saw Uranus smile for the first time. It was so… surprising.

To come to think about it… I’m enjoying my new life. I’m shocked that I don’t even think about my foolish parents anymore. The only thanks I have for them is for bringing me into this world and that’s all. I hated them… they made me wear clothes that were all cute of bright. I hated it! I preferred dark clothing and I was always reprimanded for that. To come to think of it; my childhood was the worst part… and hearing that knock on the door I am sure going to get interrupted from my stream of thoughts…

Okay... fifth chapter up... this chapter is quite bizzare. Forgive the spelling mistakes and the randomness of this chapter. I realised that the previous chapters were a bit too dark, so I decided to lighten the mood up just a bit.

Chapter 5 – Girl’s night

I opened the door. It was Annie with her stuff toy, oh yeah… I forgot (as always). Hexy and Her are gonna have a sleepover. I (for the first time) am actually really excited about it. Annie’s so, kiddish in some ways, like how she reacts towards people. She’s so innocent and she’s always so happy; but she’s mature in the way she greets people and how she speaks to her elders. Why am I always contradicting myself?!

Hexy came in after her. She just wore a green tank top and shorts for pjs. Annie wore a dress. She told us to make sure her plush cat didn’t move about as she went to the bathroom. Okay… how the hell does a PLUSH cat MOVE?! Isn’t it dead? Just then it stuck its tongue out at me and blew a raspberry. I frowned at it. “Get lost.” I hissed at it. To my amazement, the plush cat started crying. Annie walked out of the bathroom to see what the fuss was all about.
“Rasberry! What’s wrong?”
“She told me to get lost!” sniffed the plush cat.
“Awww… Rasberry… did you blow one of those Raspberries at people again?” said Annie still feeling sentimental to that load of rubbish.

The plush toy nodded.
“Don’t do that again, okay?”

The plush cat snuggled against her. How the hell did that thing come to life? I mean… isn’t it weird to have a toy talking to you? I watched Annie pet the cat.

“Annie… why is he alive?”
“I brought him to life… I made him when I was five… I was lonely…”
“You brought him life at the age of five?!” I said, really surprised. “How did you do that?!”
“I gave him the kiss of life.”

Hexy was slapping the plushie or should I say “Rasberry” for bothering her. The plushie slapped back.
“Rasberry…” said Annie. The horrid thing came back to her. Annie hugged it and it licked her face. I keep calling it an “it” because to me he is still an “it” and not a “he”.

I don’t think I brought anything to life before… I mean… I used to have this cat. She was just the best companion you could get… but one day, she told me she wanted to end her life and she begged me to end hers. I don’t know why, I could talk to animals ever since I was a baby. So… I strangled her with my ball of string I got from my teacher for being the best behaved student in the class. Then I tangled the string around her to make her look like it was an accidental death. But sometimes… I accidentally kill animals without me understanding how I do it. I mean once I walked past a dog. It was saying that it was suffocating. Then it died… I think mainly because I was standing next to him…

Another time I recall us having a pet fish. My mum was feeding him the wrong food. She fed him chocolate. She is such a smart person. Anyway… the fish was okay because I told him not to eat it and I would get the chocolate out of the fish tank everytime she put it in, then I put fish food in. One day… I walked past it while it was eating, then it choked and died. Okay… I’m a child from hell, okay? It’s not my fault animals keep dying around me. Let alone people… I mean I walked past the road once. Suddenly two cars crashed together and made a huge explosion. Another time, I walked past this kid at school, he suddenly fell down the stairs. I rushed him to the nurse, later I was told he cracked his head and died. Is it really me though? Or am I always in the wrong place… I mean once Veloz was walking with me and he fell and broke a bone. My partner in science stabbed herself with a scalpel during Biology when I sat next to her and looked at her just to check that she wasn’t sickened out by the thing we were cutting up… I was told by my teacher, who inched away from me with every single word she spoke. That my partner had poked out her eye… Anyways… Sidetracked once again. Getting back to reality…

Annie was giving Rasberry a shower. Hexy was busy reading a magazine. I sat next to her and read it. It was the school magazine. There’s actually a page on which guy’s hot and which isn’t. I was amazed Glare was actually second choice… awarded the award because of his silence. Which amused me. Oh I forgot... I’m currently living in the palace. I heard a knock at the door. I bet it was Glare, it’s been like the fiftieth time of the day where he knocked on my door to talk to Annie. Those two should totally date. I mean both shy and mature.

Annie had finished washing Rasberry. She walked to the door to get it. She smiled as she saw Glare. Annie handed Rasberry to Glare, who surprisingly licked Glare happily. Glare chuckled.

“Alright, I’ll remember to give him his midnight drink tonight.”
“Thanks Glare. It’s just that Rasberry’s been a bit naughty and started causing so much trouble.

Glare smiled. “My pleasure Princess.”
“Call me Annie. Please.”
“Your Grandfather wouldn’t like it.”

Annie hugged him goodnight. “Jeez! Kiss him will you?” I thought to myself. Annie’s too shy, I bet she doesn’t even know she’s in love! I noticed Glare smiling and blushing. Then she closed the door and sat back down with us. Annie read a bit of the magazine, but she flipped it onto the page with the fashion things. I loved the magazine, it was so cool. I took the magazine; Hexy said I could keep it. I was delighted. There’s was actually a page with Annie on it in her school uniform, but Annie didn’t notice that page. I was told that these magazines were published weekly – made the issue better!

Then… came the dreaded pillow fight. I was glad that the next two days were weekends… since… ANNIE IS TERRIFIYING! Hexy already warned me about challenging her to a pillow fight match… We ran down the corridor and everything. My back still aches from those deadly pillow throws she threw at me. Her aim is too accurate. Yet it’s so hard to catch her, I mean… she was running all over the place. I gave up in the end, since I couldn’t run anymore, so as soon as we hit the bed, I feel asleep. Knowing that I will wake up to immense pain on my back and feeling tired and worn out, I wanted to sleep more; but the sunshine didn’t allow me to do so.

Although the pillow fight almost killed me… well not really, but watching Annie duking it out with Glare was so funny! They were chasing eachother round and round and round. Until her brother came out of his room to tell her to go to bed; I was actually disappointed since no one won. I would love to tell you more about my experiences of the pillow fight, but I am too tired right now. So let’s just leave it here.

Chapter 6 – Not as simple as it seems

Although at first, being a vengeance demon looked so easy, but soon after… I learnt that if expectations were not met, I would be severely punished and it’s even far worse than the whip my parents used on me. Annie herself didn’t agree with all the punishments, but I guess the Dark Lord (a.k.a. my master, for those who have amnesia) has his own set of rules, that even the Princess can’t change. I mean I can tell Master likes her a lot, but from what I have seen so far from Master. I do wonder… since, Annie’s so gentle and he’s so… ruthless.

I’m not in the palace right now. I’m in an abandoned warehouse, Master left me here to face my punishment. Once again, I screwed up something… I wish Annie were here right now, but then again, how can she be? I’m on Earth, she’s in Demontropolis. A sharp pain hit my back as I moved around, the reason I’m being punished is. I forgot to meet Master the next morning, I only remembered to go to school with Annie… and Glare. Then at night, I found Master sitting down on my bed, it was frightful. (I was actually scared). He hissed at me and his eyes were fiery red.

Next, I found myself in this warehouse, with my arms chained up against the pole. Then I saw Master with a dagger, what happened next was too painful for me to even describe it. He scarred my back completely; Hexy warned me that I should be careful, because Master has been watching my every move recently. Despite my yelps and screams he showed no mercy. “Mercy is for the weak only…” I heard him growl into my ear. He burned my neck and that hurt really bad. I didn’t know that the consequences were worse than what I would have encountered if I stayed with my parents… but I still loved him… I loved my Master. I just wonder where he is right now… but I just don’t understand… he shows mercy for Annie… does that mean he thinks she’s weak?

I flinched as I moved, my chains rattled. I don’t know how many hours it’s been… I shivered again. I felt so cold, mainly because… I wasn’t even clothed, that’s part of my punishment too. He said he didn’t care what happens after he’s left because it’s not his responsibility. I stood there, not even crying once. I’m not crying for anyone! Not even my Master. Just then I heard the door of the warehouse open. “Aishi?!” I heard a familiar voice. “Annie?!” I thought to myself. That stupid girl! I told her not to follow me! How the hell did she get through that portal? My ears perked up as I heard something run past. Oh god… this is bad… Master’s in here. I think he wanted this to happen.

Annie walked up to me. You stupid girl… why did you follow me? Something’s bad gonna happen to you! I really wanted to say it, but my mouth wouldn’t co-operate. I was worried about Annie’s safety, especially with my Master in a psychotic mood. What I feared happened, my Master grabbed hold of Annie, Annie jumped in surprise. From Annie’s facial expressions, I can tell she’s in a lot of pain. Of course… she told me that she was allergic to dark energy. “Master, don’t! You’ll kill her!”

Master didn’t listen to me, he flung Annie over his shoulder and walked off with her, I could tell that she was half conscious only, Annie’s getting weaker. I struggled desperately. Annie’s going to get hurt and it’ll be all my fault! If only I didn’t tell her I was meeting Master out in Ruins. Then maybe she wouldn’t have followed. I can hear Annie’s distressed calls for help. I watched in horror as Master forcefully kissed her, then he cut her side with his dagger. “Thanks Lolita… for helping me with my little plan, I always knew you were a good girl.” Master’s voice rang through my mind. “Master… Leave her alone! Don’t hurt her Master!” I thought, desperately trying my best to get him to stop slashing at Annie. Annie couldn’t move, Master paralyzed her with the poison he injected into her, that was from the kiss before.
“Sorry, Aishi. I’ve waited too long to wait anymore!”

I hissed in anger and I could feel the chains breaking off. I clawed him across the face. I loved him, but couldn’t believe he would stoop that low. Just because he wanted Annie to be his… he used me, then he started torturing Annie right in front of my eyes. Annie’s never done anything to him, the poor girl’s been confined to the same place for the past years, now she goes out into the world to find a friend then she gets hurt. I can’t imagine Annie ever hurting anyone. I knocked him unconscious and picked up the now unconscious Annie, my only friend that I can trust… I teleported back to the castle. I felt so angry that I led her into a trap; Annie must have been so scared… I think she must hate me now… I bet that as soon as she wakes up, she’ll throw me out of the palace. I took a shower and got into my pajamas. My thoughts and worries soon left me as I drifted off to sleep.

I woke up with the sun on my face. I should be glad that it was only a Sunday. I could see that Annie was awake, she was… SMILING at me… how could she smile at me like that after what happened to her? I betrayed her! It was all my fault. Annie gave me a big hug.

“Aishi, I’m so glad you’re alright!”
“Annie, stay away from me… it’s my fault you were injured.”
“No… it was my fault for being so worried about you and getting myself into trouble…”

This argument could go on forever, but she won nevertheless. It’s hard to argue with her. I was surprised to find that my back was completely healed. Annie was just her happy self again; she doesn’t even remember the Dark Lord properly. I guess, I did learn a lesson after all… if I don’t do things right, I’ll get those who are close to me hurt or killed. I’ll note that in mind next time I had an important assignment to do for my master.

Chapter 7 – Routines suck

Have you ever wondered what will happen if a perverted guy, also a playboy gets left with me alone, doing cleaning classroom duty?

Yea…
We get paired up with other people to clean classrooms each week, each week it was a different person. Unfortunately… I had Flare. He was such an asshole, he kept asking me over and over again. “Will you go out with me?” and I always said, “Oh sure… I would LOVE to go out with you! NOT!” I mean… HE’S BEEN ASKING THE SAME QUESTION FOR THE PAST TWO HOURS AND STILL RECEIVING THE SAME ANSWER OVER AND OVER AGAIN! After our duty I noticed that Hexy was around. Hexy told me she was going to play around with Flare. It was funny. She was flirting with him and he was flirting back, then I grabbed the mop and whacked it on his head, then dragged him into the girls toilet and stuffed his head into the bathroom. Hexy and me were giggling for the next few hours.

Then came lessons with Uranus, Annie’s cute older brother. He’s so proper! I was stuttering so much, that when Annie came in with refreshments, I was relieved! And then Annie sat in the room with me to listen to her brother. She made all us laugh so much, she was joking about this and that and even Uranus joked back. After the lesson Uranus told me that I can go to his room to find him ANYTIME. That kept my heart and head up on cloud nine for the whole day. Master seemed okay today. We went out and did some killing. I still hate mortals so much, they’re just… stupid. But it was fun when I played around with some guys and got them to break up with their girlfriends. Then I just ate their emotions and left them as Zombies.

But I think the best thing about today was playing that joke on Flare. He’s so dumb, you won’t believe it. What’s his IQ level anyway? But hell, my life is starting to become such a routine, I am starting hate it! I mean…

5:30 – wake up call
5:40 – breakfast
6:00 – getting ready for school
6:20 – Going jogging with Annie… MORE LIKE SPRINTING! That girl can run! Chatting with (sigh) Uranus. He’s so cute…
6:50 – Going to school
7:00 - registration at school!
7:10 – Lessons start.
10:10 – school ends!
10:30 – meet master outside the palace gates for training. MORE BRUISES…
11:15 – first shift of killing for the morning.
12:00 – Lunch with Annie, Glare, Hexy and Uranus.
1:00 – chilling out with Annie and Hexy.
3:00 – second shift of killing with Hexy.
6:00 – dinner time at the palace or at Hexy’s house.
7:00 – showering.
8:00 – tutoring from Uranus.
9:00 – training with Master… EVEN MORE BRUISES!!!
10:00 – Bedtime.

It’s so great to have a schedule like this! Well… at least it’s much better than mortal life! We don’t get homework! But I’ve seen Annie doing loads of paperwork; she’s always stuck on the War paperwork! Then I help her, she can’t do it since she doesn’t support War. But it must be so hard for her… since she’s so peaceful. Her Grandfather must be trying his best to force the idea into her head, I mean she has to have Glare and me even Uranus sometimes around just to be able to do something like that. But there’s something different about Annie, ever since that attack from Master… she’s been so sick… she didn’t go to school today. The only time she woke up was to do paperwork, jogging and training. Other that she slept… WITHOUT FOOD!

“Aishi… are you alright?” I heard Uranus’ voice. I blushed… oh hell… I ZONED OUT!
“I’m sorry Your Highness, I was just worried about Annie…”
“Don’t call me that… call me Uranus… I was just wondering too… she’s been very ill ever since that day when she went out to find you…”

Those words hit me like an arrow through my heart. I don’t know why… but blood started flowing from my eyes. I sniffed and buried my head in my knees. It was all my fault… I felt so guilty… Annie’s sick because of me… if I remembered, then maybe he wouldn’t have hurt Annie…

Uranus put his arms around me. “Aishi, are you alright?”
“Uranus… it’s all my fault… if she didn’t follow me to earth… it won’t have happened!”
“Aishi… tell me what happened.” I heard his tone shift a bit, he sound a bit angered and worried.
“I was dragged to earth by my Master, because I didn’t keep my promise. He was hurting me, then he went away. Suddenly Annie came into the warehouse, then Master came along and grabbed her and started hurting her.”
“Annie… is light energy based… she’s always been allergic to dark energy…”
“Uranus… I’m so sorry!”
“It’s not your fault. I guess I should have made sure that she wasn’t going to leave Demontropolis.”

How could Uranus forgive me just like that?! I didn’t look after the Princess like us demons are supposed to. Uranus exited the room, I followed him. Annie was coughing really badly. Glare was talking to Uranus.

“Annie doesn’t feel any better…”
“Well Glare… I guess we’ll just have to give her time to heal.”

I watched Glare go back into her room. Uranus sighed, I knew he was worried about Annie… he’s such a good brother. But I’m starting to worry about Annie so much, I just hope she’ll be alright soon.

And I guess… I better get back to my lessons with Her brother… or hell knows how long his patience with me lasts.

Chapter 8 - Hardest Subject: Flying.

Today is Tuesday, I swear that they’re trying to kill us at school. Learning how to land like a cat after being pushed off from the twenty fifth floor of the school is just crazy. I can’t believe I have found my weakness… height phobia. I mean, Annie just jumped off and landed no problem, now I feel like a bird, learning how to fly… oh hell, don’t even mention flying to me! I absolutely hate flying! Call me paranoid, but I’m scared that I’ll lose my concentration then fall onto the ground and go splat!

Annie tried to teach me how to land on all fours, but… I’m not a cat for crying out loud! But I gotta learn it, since I don’t want to look like a complete idiot in front of Uranus, I mean… he’s a prince… and I’m just one rank underneath him, I can’t possibly just slip down ranks and make a fool out of myself. We vengeance demons ARE the second highest rank on the list! So I gotta be able to land on all fours and FLY.

Eventually, I learned how to land on all fours. Annie continuously pushed me off the floor, when we had our break at 1:00. Uranus was watching us, he tried to hide himself but I spied him doing so. Eventually he came out and gave me tips about it. I blushed. Well of course I blushed, because I AM the ONLY vengeance demon that CAN’T LAND ON ALL FOURS! I felt so embarrassed, and to my horror… training with my Master today… it was…flying… I swear the whole world is trying to kill me. At least he gave me some more advice. First he got me to fly with a blindfold on, so I can’t see the houses below. It helped! Then I had to fly without the blindfold. It was scary at first, but I finally learned it. So now, I can get to places without using up much energy and saving more for killing, because teleporting leaves a massive power signature for enemies to see.

Luckily enough for me, Friday, Saturday and Sunday are weekends. I’m serious, we don’t need Friday! So two more days until Friday! I only have a bit of training with Master, then I get to go off and do something with Annie. She suggests to me that we go to the Funfair this Friday. Hexy warned me about accepting the invitation. Uranus laughed when he heard Annie asking me.

“Aishi, neto naito mis.”

Oh, by the way, that means, “Aishi, keep yourself more.” Which is kinda an old fashioned way of saying. “Take care of yourself.” Why am I doing so much translating? Oh yea… I don’t live on earth where they use English anymore! I blushed when Uranus said that to me, since it was surprising that he would say such a thing. I remember smiling and blushing so much.

But… sadly… soon I discovered something…

I saw her, she stood by the side of the palace. She watched his every move, she was like a stalker. She watched him like how Master watched Annie… I’m talking about Uranus of course… I learned from Annie that she’s called Innocence… the third sister of Spear, Annie’s second bodyguard. I didn’t particularly like her attitude towards me. She was quite impolite. She never said good morning to me at school or anything. She was the same towards Annie! Even though Annie’s so nice to her, in the back of my mind, I put a mental note down to get rid of her one of these days. Not because she likes Uranus, it’s because of her rudeness towards the Princess and she could be danger for Annie. I prefer her elder sister called Wensday. I was told that Halloween day was Wensday’s birthday. I’ll send a skull to her…

Thing is, every time Uranus walks past Innocence, he doesn’t even greet her. As if he doesn’t even like her. He once told me that he finds her annoying and that I’m better than her. I felt so happy, Uranus values me!

The next morning, he pulled me aside and told me that Innocence and him dated a long time ago, but he didn’t like it. She was always using him. So in the end he got dumped her, no wonders she was staring at him and she glared at me! She thought that I was Uranus’ new girlfriend! I felt triumphant. Uranus now started smiling more around me. I knew that he liked me, I liked him too. But… I can’t let Master know… He dislikes Uranus… he went to school with him before, well that’s what I was told…

Well… it’s vice versa both ways anyway. Annie’s Grandfather… doesn’t like me all that much. He doesn’t even acknowledge that I’m there! Glare told me that he was disliked for being a mix… I guess I was a mix to him as well… Whatever… well I guess it’s forbidden love… Uranus was always so quiet and he used to only talk to Annie. Annie told me that he didn’t date after his first date, because Innocence gave him the impression that all girls use guys. In Uranus’ eyes, the only girl that won’t do that is Annie. But how can you date your sister? I smiled when I thought about it.

He didn’t used to wait at the school gate, now he waits for me. The other day he got me this really pretty choker bracelet. He also got me what I loved the most. Strawberries. In Demontropolis, you don’t get strawberries. I bet he went to Earth to get some for me, he picked the nicest ones. I wish there was a way I could thank him, but I’m still new to this whole “Thanking” thing.

Oh yes… Tomorrow is Halloween… so I guess, I can have loads of fun. They’ve got this amazing annual party in the Palace and everyone will be there. I still have to keep my guard up, because… I bet Flare will be there… He’s got motives, I can tell, he only asked me out to get close to Annie. Then once Annie says “yes” to him marrying her, he’ll have the throne. I shuddered at that thought, I mean… how the hell can Annie survive being around HIM?!

Chapter 9 – forbidden

Wow. This time is wasn’t me training. It was actually Annie. I happened to walk into the palace in the afternoon and I headed for the fiftieth floor. (Yeah… so many floors). I saw Annie and Glare, they looked like they were fighting, but I knew that Glare was Annie’s trainer. Something always makes me wonder, why are they training in the throne room? I mean… it’s dangerous isn’t it. The windows have no glass and they’re so big, you won’t believe it. You can fall out of window, Annie told me that she jumps out of the window and grabs onto the trees. I do wonder how those trees got so tall, but then again everything’s so weird here, one wonders.

I watched in amazement as Annie blocked one of Glare’s punches with her hand. Then she threw him away, Glare did a back flip and landed on his feet again. The scary thing was that both of them were so fast! And Annie agility is really good, she can just turn round the bend with no problem at all. Glare then fired shots at her, Annie dodged with no problem. It’s funny to see them at each other’s necks even if it wasn’t real. I’ve never seen Annie fight before and she didn’t look like fighting Material anyway.

Anyways… I went to earth today and visited my mother and father. It was only a brief visit, since after that the police came to the house to ask me some questions. Oh you want to know why? Every time I think about it I can’t help but smirk! It’s so classic! Oh whoops! I’m smirking again. The police entered the house empty handed, then got out empty handed, they’re so stupid. The killer was right under their nose.

I didn’t visited them to say hi. It was just to end their pathetic lives. I felt so glad. I wonder where they are buried, it’s not like I care, since I’ve got the money now also I have no siblings – which is so great. I saw Lila today, she was with another guy. I do wonder if she’s Annie’s sister. I mean seriously she does look quite similar to her. Every time I think about it, I shrug that idea away. No way! No way is she Annie’s sister. Annie is so gentle and sweet, there is absolutely no way it will happen.

I went around the place on earth to find something interesting. Annie told me that Uranus’ favourite fruit is grapes, they don’t even get grapes in Demontropolis. I think the only fruits they have are apples and oranges. The Oranges are kinda dangerous to eat… well if you’re not fire based. THEY SET THEMSELVES ON FIRE! And the apples… may sing… so I decided to buy some grapes for him. Master dropped by earlier on, he told me he was getting annoyed (not with me), with Annie’s twin sister Lila always after his attention. He saw the grapes, he asked who they were for, I lied… I told him it was for Annie. He kinda smiled and blushed. (Master is twisted in some ways…)

I’m heading for the palace right now, I can feel my heart jumping up and down. Why does it feel this way? Just because I’m giving him grapes.
“Aishi!”

I blushed, he got there before I could take it to him. He smiled at me once again. “Come on Aishi, let’s go in.”

“Nice to see you safe and back from your visit to earth, Miss Aishiteru.”

“I’m pleased to see you well and content, your majesty.”

The King smiled. Well… Uranus’ and Annie’s grandfather anyway. Uranus looked curiously at the bag I was holding.

“Aishi, did you buy a souvenir or something?”
“Better than any souvenir.” I smiled, since Uranus for the first time looked puzzled. “It’s for you.”

I gave the bag to him, Uranus took the bag and looked inside. “Grapes? For me? Thank you Aishi.” I saw the King shoot me an angry look, I shivered. I knew it then and there, he didn’t like me flirting with Uranus. Wait wait… no I AM SO NOT – okay, maybe I am… JUST A LITTLE. No no… I don’t know… Uranus noticed the King doing so. “Come, Aishi. Let’s go upstairs to start your lesson.” As I walked past, I saw Annie… she’s been listening and by the sad look on her face. Uranus took me around the corner, then stopped me. We watched Annie walk into the throne room. (There’s two throne rooms… the actual one is on the fiftieth floor, the one at the bottom is to actually make sure that nobody dies trying to find the King or Queen.

“Grandfather, why don’t you acknowledge Miss Aishiteru?”

“Annie… she’s evil and poisonous, she isn’t the girl for Uranus!”

“Grandfather… you’ve always wanted Uranus to like a girl… now he does… and you are stopping him, grandfather I just don’t understand… I’m confused. Uranus is old enough to know right and wrong and unlike me… he’s seen the world and –”

“Annie. Hold your tongue! You have to quit this nonsense, first you come at me with Glare! Then you come at me with Aishiteru’s love for Uranus! It’s only puppy love that will last only for a bit! That’s it Annie. I’ve had enough with you always trying to tell me what to do, you know what? I preferred it when you were a child and didn’t talk back at me, look at you now!”

“Grandfather, I’m sorry… I didn’t mean -”

“Guards, take the Princess back to her room and lock her up in there.”

“Grandfather, I’m sorry! I didn’t mean it… I couldn’t help.”

I watched in horror as the two guards, not caring whether Annie wanted to go with them or not dragged her away. Uranus had a pained look in his eyes. I felt sorry for him, it’s not very comforting to see your beloved young sister being dragged up to her room by two guards as if she was some prisoner.

“Uranus… let’s go up later to check on her okay?”

Uranus only nodded, he was so worried about his poor sister, who stood up for him and my love and got locked up for it.

When we went to check on Annie later, she was crying in her room, we climbed in through the window. It seems like the King’s not jumping to any conclusions… I mean… he had her legs and arms shackled to the bed, to make sure she wouldn’t jump out of the window. I felt angry, how could the King do such a thing?! Annie was right anyway. Uranus hugged Annie, trying his best to stop Annie from crying, but we all know that once she starts, it takes a long time for her to stop.

Something else was bothering me though, in the corner, I can feel an evil presence. As if something or someone is watching us. I closed my eyes and concentrated. “Uranus… there’s something strange lurking in the corner…” I thought.
“You can feel it too? I’ll try and check.” He replied telepathically.
“Uranus, how about you go out and I’ll stay. I want to try and get it out by myself.”
“Alright... Be safe, Aishi.”

As soon as Uranus exited the room, a girl hedgehog with Black and red fur appeared. She looked just like Lila. Except… Lila didn’t wear a yellow outfit.

“Sister…” said Annie. I can tell she was scared. I can also tell she wasn’t feeling well either.
“Get away from her, whoever you are.”
“Oh hi there Aishi, I didn’t know I would see you here. What’s a mortal doing in Demontropolis?”
“Lila… I am NOT a MORTAL. Get your facts right.”
“Got into trouble my dear little sister?”
“S…Sister… don’t come near… I -”
“You’re not feeling well… I can tell…”

I hissed as Lila walked closer to Annie. She started running her fingers through Annie’s hair. I knew that Lila was mocking her. Okay I think now I needed help. Maybe Uranus can sort his crazy sister out. “Uranus… it’s Lila… she’s in here…”

The door burst open. Uranus stormed in. “LUNA! DON’T YOU DARE LAY A HAND ON ANNIE!” Lila looked alarmed by Uranus’ outburst. “U…Uranus… I was just le… leaving. Now…” she stuttered, then she disappeared in a flash.

“She’s scared of me. Oh look what Glare nicked off the guards.” said Uranus smiling.
“Oh the key for Annie’s shackles! She’s scared of you?” I asked as Uranus unshackled Annie. “Sister’s always been scared of Brother.” said Annie.

“HER? Scared of YOU?”

Annie nodded. “Yes, Sister’s scared of Brother.”

“Oh, that’s a classic!” Uranus smiled and chuckled at my comment. “Aishi, you are the sweetest girl I’ve ever met.” He said to me as he leaned over and kissed me on the cheek. I blushed. Annie giggled when she saw that.

It is then we met Wensday.

Chapter 10 - Wensday

It all began when I met Innocence, there was another girl when Innocence stood there staring at me like some zombie after my brains. She was a little older than Innocence. I could tell that she was trying to pull Innocence away from the gates and away from the Palace anyway.

The next time I made sure that I was noticed by her. She bowed and smiled as soon as I approached her, I of course was rather taken a back by her reaction.

“Good Day, Miss Aishiteru.”
“You know me?”
“Why of course! The Dark Lord’s favourite, who wouldn’t?”
“And you are?”
“Oh dear, how rude of me! I’m Wensday Hallise Maroon.” She smiled shyly. “The reason for my name “Hallise” is because I was born on Halloween night.”

Wensday had pure orange hair, she seemed like a happy and content girl. Some strands of her hair had beads attached to them, either Purple or Aqua. The Second sister of Spear, I’ve seen Spear before… He was also orange, pure orange. Innocence was the only one that was orange and yellow. Wensday compared to Innocence was prettier, also her orangey red eyes would have been able to charm any guy walking past.

“I’m a cheerleader.” She said, smiling shyly once more when I asked her whether she does any activities at school. I somehow had an intuition that she would be doing something of that sort, she was rather eye catching for the guys. How do I know? I see guys following her everywhere she went Also the guys also buy the School’s magazine every week. Just to see her in the gardening section. Wensday and her friend Murter (who is also a goth) loves plants.

Wensday was the kind that was active, her flying ability is amazing. Once she jumpred from the highest floor of the school and just flew on without faltering. If I was her… I would have went splat and Annie would have to travel to the Underworld to retrieve my soul. Which would be bad for both her and me.

Wensday unlike her sister, had a lot of respect for both Annie and me. She possesses all the elements that can create and destroy. I remember seeing her grow trees and stuff with her friend Murter, they create potions sometimes. Once I exchanged my skull shirt with one of Wensday’s prank potions. It was so funny to prank people. And of course my victim was Flare. For the rest of the day he was running through the corridors non stop with a rain clouds pouring down on him. He got several detentions I heard. Darkhill’s detentions are really really deadly. Well… I’ve never had one. Getting back on topic… There was one way to stop the potion, and that is to get the person you have a crush on or like or get on well in general with… or a sibling to kiss you on the cheek. Now of course that is so out of the question because… everytime Annie sees Flare she either gets so scared she meows by accident and turns into a cat or disappears into thin air.

And don’t even get there will Glare… When Flare tried to ask him “nicely” Glare dragged him into the toilet and dunked his head into the toilet. (must have been really nasty.) So Flare spent the rest of the day running around like a mad person. And I didn’t even get a detention for using the potion because Wensday said to the teacher innocently. “Miss, I was trying out my new potion, since I’m trying to make the world a better place.” More like make my life more colourful!

So… Yeah… It’s always the quiet ones that cause the most trouble… Let’s take Glare for example. He is a practical elective mute. He doesn’t say much, but deep inside his head, he’s got loads and loads of ideas for pranks, that I pulled out along with Wensday. I think the only shop in Demontropolis that actually needs the costumer to give them something in exchange for the item they want to purchase is Wensday and Murter’s “Sweet Temptations” They sell candy in there, along with potions in a different section. I buy stuff from Earth mainly for them and get potions back in exchange. Murter is awesome at plants! She turned an apple pink! As in baby pink! The colour of my hair. And guess what? It’s an edible apple. With no cute face or making laughing noises nor singing. They turned this tree orange from head to toe, even the fruit it produced was orange… orange Bananas…

Anyways… There are still loads of people I met on the way, I never really knew that when people said, “Agua is flooded with water.” They actually meant it…
