What did you guys think of the game? I thought It was quite good...
It kinda gives you that old Super mario 64 feel with of course added features... The new power ups Bee Mario and Boo Mario were nice addition The replay though with Luigi was also a nice feature

Another great Mario game, to be straightforwards. Also think that game play with Luigi is cool, it's nice to have something we didn't have in SM64. do have to say though, some levels do provide a good challenge..especially the ones where there are the you-touch-dark-matter-or-other-hazardous-one-hit-kills-you obstacles. and the thought of replacing some endless pits where you normally die with Black Holes? hilarious.
All in all though, it had that same classic excitement as SM64, perhaps even a little better. great game, Nintendo.

Super Mario Galaxy was proof of Nintendo being able to take such an old series and do something new with it, but still manage to keep that classic feeling that you get from playing Mario.
The stage design is brilliant and the music of the game is just amazing.
Really, Sega should learn from this; Stick with the old, but add something new.

Galaxy gave me an awesome first impression but after awhile it didn't me that great "end game content" feeling... another words, once I beat it I never played it since.
I loved the classic songs during some of the levels. It's also like playing Super Mario 64 all over again, but in a whole new world (or actually, a lot of new worlds, lol) and fancy control movements and techniques.
If you like game collection, buy it. If you just want to play it to see how it is, just rent it.

Sega did had that trend and that was Sonic Advance series and Sonic Rush, but they lost it all when they tried the high end consoles.

I went the distance and got all 120 stars to play Luigi. I got pissed off when I learned that there weren't many changes. Since then I stopped. Nintendo could've done more with the ending, but then again, they always need to.

Exactly, which I've said before.
It was when SEGA stopped releasing their games to just Nintendo consoles that it all started going down the drain. Don't know if there's a connection there, but that's when I feel the games lost their past standard.

I need some more games for my Wii and I'm really considering buying this when I have some more money. Heard loads of good things about it!
