powers:he can control lightning and shoot lightning balls at foes from far or close distances and he can run almost as fast as sonic just 3x slower then sonic but he mostly goes on extreme gears his is called the yellow shocker
history:unknown exept he has an older brother...
personality:he gets on fine with sonic and the others and he has a heart of gold he wont let anyone down but he hates his older brother who treats him badly...but other then that he will have anyone on his team
