Don't save as a jpeg, it lowers the picture quality and makes it look like ass.

Pic's not bad though. Line-art needs cleaning up, and the coloring needs less fill tool and more shading, but 's not bad.

I suggest you don't color the background black, because now we can't see his hat.
In my opinion, the eyes would look better with outlining.

Otherwise, looks pretty good for an attempt.
