Arcade Now Open

As promised, the Arcade (http://forum.sonicearth.com/arcade.php?) is now open! Right now, there are five Sonic-themed games, but I will be adding more soon. Feel free to look around at all the features of the Arcade. I also hope to be implementing some sort of currency with the Arcade.
