Points for creativity on his race, but everything else looks as if it wasn't very thought out. I can see no sign of effort or detail on this character.

The form that you used to create the character was primarily designed to specify almost every little tidbit, nook, and cranny of a fan character. I'd suggest fleshing him out more and adding more detail.

I believe that this character needs WAY more work than what has been put into him so far.
