The bios are much too short so you'll probably be asked to add to them. The species are pretty unique, good job on that portion.

But as for their abilities:

Elemental powers
Lame. By far the biggest cliche in fancharacters.

As-fast-as-Sonic
Very lame. No-one is as fast as Sonic, it robs him of what he is. No fancharacters should be close to Sonic's full speed.

Bending space/time
If your characters have powers like these they should be their only powers and have strong limitations and technicalities tied in. Abilities like these are so formidable that unless they are very cleverly incorporated they instigate a godmod almost immediately.

That said, right now they are horrible godmodders. Strip them of their current powers and then reaccess them.
