Well since the Fan char section was dead I thought I'd try to bring it back to life wit my own character.

Then when he has accumulated enough water he throws the sphere of highly compressed water at high speed towards the target. While in mid air the ball collapses and expands into a huge wave thus overwhelming and drowning the opponent
- Ice Pistol: A rather simple technique, SteelFists makes a gun gesture and fires a shard of ice and high speed, generally weak attack when fired once but can be a pain when fired numerously
- Ice Boxing gloves: Not really an attack but more like a power-up. By encasing his own fists in ice in the shape of boxing gloves, SteelFists is able to freeze anyone instantly that comes in contact of his punches
- Wave Explosion: This attack is SteelFists’s strongest. Just one use of it will make him to rest for one full hour. Starting out with gather water and compressing it into a ball. When he has gathered enough SteelFists will then jump high up into the air and throw the sphere on to the ground right where his target(s) is. The ball then expands and a humongous splash will spread out in all directions at high speed and pressure. If the target is caught by the wave of the splash it will be drowned, smashed and there would be cuts everywhere
Appearance: SteelFists has been known to been to be extremely muscled but it is hidden by his attire only his abs is revealed which also exposes the chain and The Crucifix. His face is rather craggy and tough looking he has one slash scar on his left eye and a cross scar on his right cheek, his different colored eyes add on to his fierce glare which he walks around with. His attire is sort of simple after all because he is clad in a black overcoat, black baggy pants, and black shoes. His two 9 mm handguns are concealed inside his pockets and are always kept in them. This is only because he only operates in the dead of night and is rare that he performs missions in broad daylight. SteelFists’s hairstyle is quite like an X from a skyward view with stray hairs sticking out. What are very noticeable of his facial features are his discolored eyes that were mentioned earlier. The left eye pupil is red while the right is green (like the colors of Christmas).
Personality: SteelFists is a complex character. He will not hesitate to do what is right no matter what the cost is even putting his life on the line. However he is a person of few words which has resulted to him having a short temper, but that has never stopped him from being the leader. He believes in justice and protection of the innocent strictly due to the fact that is only way he knows how to live. He carries a serious demeanor due to that he cannot express his emotions; he grew up as a soldier his entire life. There is a gentle spot within him but he looks at it as a weakness and tries very hard to conceal it by being overly aggressive. Despite all of this the only thing that brings him to peace to his troubled mind is reading the bible. Whenever he takes out a live opponent or walks away from a battle he prays silently to keep himself sane.

It has been exactly 125 years since the notorious Dr.Robotnik’s defeat and 50 years since Sonic the Hedgehog’s death. The world is in shambles as crime and terrorist rates of activities have gone through the roof. The world government is on its knees and on the verge of collapsing. The world’s only hope is a group of heroes to save it, but no one is answering its call. In a last ditch effort, the World Government had formed C.A.R.S/T.A.R.T. or the Criminal Attack Response Squadron/ Terrorist Attack Response Team. The trouble began from there; for a while things went pretty well but it wasn’t meant to last. A criminal organization had arisen and once again anarchy controlled the world. Known as the BlackWater organization, it had begun to control drug trading, illegal smuggling, and other non-legal activities. Pretty soon it had gained dominance over countries and almost controlled ½ of the world’s total crime activities. C.A.R.S/T.A.R.T. was being pressured and once again the World Government took monumental steps. They assigned C.A.R.S/T.A.R.T. the Perfect Soldier project.
The World Government had come into realization that in order to regain Law and Order they would need an almost invincible army. Thus, the Perfect Soldier project was started to create super soldiers through the use of great science. However another obstacle had appeared: in order to begin, C.A.R.S/T.A.R.T. would need test subjects to begin experimentation. The test subjects had to meet certain requirements in order to be qualified for testing. But judging the world from that time it wouldn’t be so easy. All hope was about to be lost when a terrible thing happened. St. Rachel’s hospital in New York City was bombed and there were only 25 survivors out of a total of 15,730 people. The ones who were behind it all was of course was the BlackWater organization. C.A.R.S/T.A.R.T. was immediately called on to the scene to investigate. They verified that the bomb was planted in the boiler room; BlackWater’s target was a famous businessman by the name of Giovanni Starx. They had succeeded in killing him.
Three of the survivors were Giovanni Starx’s sons; the leader of C.A.R.S/T.A.R.T. saw them as qualified test subjects for the Perfect Soldier project and had them instantly taken in. The eldest son, Mario Starx (who later on to become the Perfect Soldier codenamed SteelFists) was only 5 years old at the time and had quickly gained the affection of the project director, Dr.Ryuusushi. He became sort of like a father figure towards ferret brothers. But once the time came for the experimentation he hesitantly performed the first step to it: brainwashing. The three infants no longer had identities so the second step ensued: genetic mutation. The process was so detailed that it took two years to finish. Then the final step tumbled in which came to be known as skill training. The brainwashed Mario had now become SteelFists the Ferret, with his powerful abilities installed it was time to formulate them (hence the name skill training). The Perfect Soldier project had been a total success, and the project length took 5 years. Three new heroes had now answered the world’s cry for salvation: their names, SteelFists, Shotgun, and Bazooka the ferret brothers.
The deployment of the bio-weapons had given out good results; anarchy had decreased by at least 47%. They had fought in over 4 wars, 174 infiltration missions, and had over 346 countries sign peace treaties. Things were promising for a change, until that is when C.A.R.S/T.A.R.T. had been assigned of mass producing Perfect Soldiers through the use of cloning. At that time Dr.Ryuusushi had discovered the Leader of C.A.R.S/T.A.R.T. true identity, the Leader (whose name was Allistar McGargan) of BlackWater organization. Dr.Ryuusushi immediately sent SteelFists, Shotgun and Bazooka to kill the army the Leader requested because he knew of his plans of using the army to his own will. SteelFists and his brothers had successfully carried out the Doctor’s orders due to the fact they were so close. But ol’ Al wasn’t too happy about it when he found out. He instantly killed Ryuusushi with his own hands, in comparison SteelFists and his brother found out and had given Allistar the chase. But he soon disappeared was nowhere to be found. In the meanwhile, C.A.R.S/T.A.R.T. collapsed due to the absent leader. The dying scientist had one last request for the ferret brothers: to heal the world without unnecessary destruction. He said it was his life’s ambition and now was passing it on to them.
After giving the scientist a proper funeral, SteelFists, Shotgun, and Bazooka set out wandering around the world with C.A.R.S/T.A.R.T. now disbanded, the World Government covered up the Perfect Soldier project and began searching for new ways to stop the anarchy.
